Self-esteem is a series made with homeless people. A portrait moments before entering a hostel to sleep and receive basic care like food and hygiene, and a picture the next day, before returning to the streets. It is an essay about how the kind of care and attention we have been receiving can affect our expressions and feelings.

Persona is a series made with models. A kind of casting test, where the models need to interpret another person, be that in reality they are not. They need to expose, or perhaps protect themselves, they need to adapt themselves. It is an analogy to roles and masks that we chose to use to live in society and the emotions arising from these choices. In psychology, Persona are our masks, the roles we play to live in society.
